Nevada - Touched By The Hand Album

The original mix is just a standard M.I.K.E. track of the time, nothing special. You've heard 50 tracks from Mike just like it.

Head straight to the b-side, the Jericho remix (clearly still produced by M.I.K.E.).

Darker. Not as obvious. Menacing, yet inviting. The bassline sucks you in, then sweeping pads.

The vocals are better suited to this mix. The breakdown is more atmospheric, the buildup more dramatic (in an understated way). When it kicks in, you know it makes sense.

But, (and here's the kicker), play it slow. 132bpm or thereabouts is the sweet spot. It's an awesome curveball to throw into a Progressive Trance set as it never gets too epic, but it's still full of energy.
